1. Agreement
Opening 6club.com.co, installing its app or playing a run of Six Cascade counts as accepting these terms. Anyone who disagrees with them should stop using the site.
2. The service
The site offers a free single-player puzzle in the browser, optional on-device player profiles and a daily gift code that adds moves to a run. We may add, change or retire features, rules, levels or codes at any time, and we try to describe every change on the rules page when it happens.
3. Points have no value
Scores, lifetime points, VIP levels, badges and gift codes exist only inside the game. None of them is worth money. They cannot be purchased or resold, handed to another person or traded for goods, services or anything else, and they earn no reward. Nothing on the site is a contest or a prize scheme.
4. Fair play
Please do not interfere with the site, its servers or other visitors, try to break its security, or copy it in bulk with automated tools. Changing your own browser storage to alter scores is possible, since everything lives on your device, but it only changes your own copy and we do not treat those numbers as records.
5. Your profile
Profiles are stored in your browser and protected by a PIN that only you know. Keep it private. We keep no backup, so a profile that is deleted, or wiped when site data is cleared, is gone for good. See the privacy policy for what is stored.
6. Name, logo and content
The 6 Club name, the leaning gold six logo, the jewel artwork, the page text and the game code belong to the site owner. You may share links and screenshots of your own runs. Any other copying or reuse needs written permission.
7. As offered
The game is provided free and as it is, without promises that it will always be available, error-free or suited to a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including lost progress.
8. Age and supervision
The puzzle is suitable for all ages. Players under 13 should use it with a parent or guardian's knowledge, who can find screen-time advice on our play-balance page.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
